Remove two offline nodes belonging to node operator jtrpk-wokqg-aqmcn-esiq7-fip4e-dl7lv-iwdyj-cu5pm-wbg7i-4jl4t-wae (node provider 7ws2n-wqorv-vmo4m-5e222-n42c3-hk43s-ei3kp-4hpbn-xlkzo-jgv7i-tqe, "InfoObjects", data center sj3):
