Remove the remaining nodes of SolNet, Swiss Datalink AG and AlpineDC SA

Motivation: The Swiss subnet was reduced from 13 to 7 nodes. The node providers SolNet (mf6om), Swiss Datalink AG (hycj4) and AlpineDC SA (mrfhx) no longer have a node in the Swiss subnet. Each of them still has one unassigned type3.1 node in the registry, and two of these nodes are offline. As long as a node is in the registry, it receives node rewards.

This proposal removes the three nodes from the registry:
